Since 2015, I have worked in the Chemistry Department, gaining extensive experience in laboratory and theoretical research while teaching chemistry at the high school level. My teaching focuses on developing students' analytical and problem-solving skills through clear, engaging instruction. I am committed to fostering critical thinking and connecting theoretical concepts with practical applications.

Right now , I am a PhD student in Turkey.

Research

  1. NOVEL PHOTOSYNTHESIS OF 5,8A-DICHLORO-2-(4-METHOXYPHENYL)-8AH-CHROMENE FROM ITS CHALCONE ISOMER AND FT-IR, 1 H AND 13 C NMR SPECTROSCOPIC INVESTIGATION.
  2. DFT of para methoxy dichlorochalcone isomers. Investigation of structure, conformation, FMO, charge, and NLO properties

My research interests focus on the synthesis and characterization of functional organic materials for renewable energy applications. I am particularly interested in π-conjugated organic molecules and dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs).

I have experience supervising undergraduate graduation projects, providing guidance in project planning, research methodology, and scientific presentation. Currently, as part of my PhD studies at Gazi University in Ankara, Turkey, I work collaboratively with a research team on advanced chemistry research, further strengthening my supervisory, mentoring, and research collaboration skills.
